And yet **ANOTHER** huge discovery !!

I am digging through lots of old stuff that I have.

We have yer another LFP, this time on a Legal Tender Note.

Series 1928C $5 LT's in the upper FA block, as well as the GA block, would have contained intermediate sized LFP 147. Star A notes would also have been possible, and would be in the *06xxxxxxA range.

These notes began in 1943, and lasted through the end of the series, in 1946. Mules may also be possible in the GA and star A blocks.

It appears however that none were actually produced.

The plate was never used, so no varieties are possible.
