Educational thread on 1928A to 1928B $5 LT stars.

This will be a brief thread.
The low serial number for the 1928B $5 LT star has been found. Me and Jamie Yakes have been working on this project.
Up to now, the highest known 1928A was from the *03348000A range, and then 1928B's from the *03408001A range. We could not make a call on an official low, because of the gap between *03348001A to *03408000A.
It turns out that the numbers in question, were printed some time in early 1934, and were destroyed because they contained the old clause. The 1928B's carried the new clause.
The first 1928B stars were printed on June 18, 1934. WE know the first number was *03408001A, but have not quite determined the run size, but it looks like it was *03408001A to *03516000A.
Stars were printed in anticipation of spoiled notes with the new clause, and because of centering issues, the spoilage rate was a bit higher than normal.
Even star notes were not immune from the centering problems, which caused the high spoilage rate.
