We have recently discovered that the first 1928B $5 USN serials are:

D15228001A and *03408001A. These were printed June 18, 1934.

Below is a note from the first printing, which could possibly consist of 120,000 notes.

Somehow it ended up getting sold. I no longer have those. I think because I got picky on centering and this range is known for poor centering
