This note is ex Laguna Coast Collection, and sold earlier this year for $80. In 2014, a nearly identical example sold for $1,610 at Lyn Knight. I just paid $200 ish for the note.
Since 2014, no new examples have surfaced, and both my census and Jim Hodgson's census have about six known.
I estimate the value at around $200 to $300.

Right now, 66Q and especially 67Q and above notes are all the rage.
Many earlier star notes do not come in such grades. I GLADLY bought the C star mule in 63Q for $1,400 !! That note sat around on eBay for OVER TWO YEARS !
Only THREE known, a F/VF (Hodgson Collection), an EF40, and the note above !
Many earlier notes in fact, are unknown above VF, or even Fine !!
This is part of why I started this forum, to educate collectors on earlier material.

Fantastic find, ESF, and a great price considering how few of these stars are available in high grade - your top pop really pops!
