New addition. Lowest known serial number on a $2 1928F LT

After years of searching including online auction archives, etc I am convinced that this is the lowest serial number survivor for a 1928F series until someone can prove otherwise.  Note that the serial number listed in book is actually a low official number from the BEP records and not the lowest known.

First 1928F: (1946): D36192001A.

Last 1928F for 1946: D39556000A

Also at that time this note was printed they were also mixing in sheets of 1928E notes as well.  1928E notes are known all the way into the 39 million range. The majority of known notes between 36 and 38 million are in fact 1928E not 1928F.
