One of three recorded. The other two are a F/VF, and an EF. The F/VF is in a well respected, long time collector's hands.S/L never listed one of these in their book.

Only one other (a 25) has been graded. This one if graded, should get a 30 no Q. Only two known so far.

A couple of shockers.
Both of these are tied for TOP POP. The 1934C is the lowest known serial, from 1947. The $20 is from 1945.
